Mr. McNeal, Thanks for your recent feedback. Upon diagnosing your vehicle we discovered that your vehicle did not in fact have any issues with the clutch as you first suspected. Instead, we found that there were other issues causing the symptoms you experienced, to include an AC compressor issue, Catalytic Convertor issue, and a fuel system issue involving the vehicles fuel tank, charcoal canister and fuel pump. I am sorry that testing all these different systems, we could not meet your expectations in terms of time. Unfortunately when dealing with diagnostics on today’s vehicles when there are multiple concerns, the time frame varies and can sometimes run into more lengthy test than expected up front. We will strive for better communication in the future as a result of your feedback. I am always available should you need anything in the future.
