Don't have your car serviced here! I had my car serviced there once and they somehow broke a piece off of my oil filter and it ended up leaking. The next day after paying $50 to have my car serviced there, I walked to my car to see oil near my tire, after looking closer, found out that all of the oil leaked from the filter and if I was to start my engine, it would've seized. Ended up having my car towed to another Ford dealership. More
Service was fine I just have one beef! Recently a coworker took his personal truck to Jim Tidwell for service. Prior to taking it there, he put on new wipers. Sure enough, when they call with estimate, they state that the wipers are worn out and need to be replace. I know this a small detail, but in a world of many dealerships, one small detail can be the difference. If they are willing to state the wipers are worn out (when not true), something the owner should have a clue about, what else are they willing to say needs replaced. So, I chalk it up to a lazy mistake. A few weeks later I get a recall notice for my company truck. We take it to Jim Tidwell on April 4, 2019. Sure enough, they call with the list of things that need work. Guess what, I need new wipers because mine are worn out. Well, just a little note, I am turning in my expense report today (April 8, 2019) with a receipt for new wipers that had O'Reilly Auto Parts put on the vehicle on March 25, 2019. So now we have a second and separate time in which Jim Tidwell Service lied about the condition of wiper blades. I get it, pressure sells, but lying loses customers. More
LIED TO ABOUT SERVICE. I was there on Saturday for an oil change & rotation of tires. The girl came & told me it was finished & said I had "hot spots " on my rotors. SHE SAID I WOULD NEED TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AS SHE STATED IT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY 3 YEAR WARRANTY, I HAVE 17,000 MILES ON MY CAR. SHE LEFT & CAME BACK & SAID FOLLOW ME & WE WENT TO THE GARAGE. NO EXPLANATION AT ALL. IN THE GARAGE SITS MY CAR WITH THE WHEEL OFF & THE MANAGER SAYS THE TECH FEELS YOU ARE DRIVING & BRAKING TOO MUCH AS YOU HAVE HOT SPOTS ON YOUR ROTOR. (I drive 5 miles to work with no lights on a country road 5 days a week. not much traffic either.) The girl stated you must be braking alot, because of the damage to your rotors. My car in one year old & has never been driven out of the state & has 17,000. MILES.) WE LOOKED & HE STATED ITS ONLY A 12 MONTH WARRANTY, BUT I SAID I SEE NOTHING. AT THIS POINT THE SERVICE MANAGER AGREED & SAID THE TECH WAS MISTAKEN. HE DID NOT SEE ANY HOT SPOTS EITHER. THE MANAGER WAS NICE , THE TECH JUST STOOD THERE & THE GIRL WAS VERY QUIET. I STATED I FEEL I HAVE BEEN LIED TO & NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. I TOLD THEM I AM A SALES MANAGER AT MY JOB, HAD I HAD A SITUATION LIKE THIS & EVERYONE WOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN UP FOR LYING TO A CUSTOMER! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS BEING RUN LIKE THIS. LAST TIME I WAS THERE IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED & THE THE SALES MANAGER CAME OUT TO ME GETTING IN MY CARD & SAID GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE & PLEASE COME BACK. I DID OUT OF HIS KINDNESS. I ASKED TOO SEE HIM THIS SAT. & I WAS TOLD HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE & THE NEW MAIN MANAGER WAS OFF ON SAT. BY THE GIRL. OBVIOUSLY YOUR COMPANY NEEDS SOME ON SITE MANAGEMENT TO SUPERVISE THE GOINGS ON & BUSINESS. THE YOUNG LADY WAS RUDE & AFTERWARDS ASKED ME TO SIGN & I SAID NO. SHE SAID THE MANAGER WAS PAYING FOR MY SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION! More
AMAZING STAFF & COMPASSION & HONESTY This is a long review but please take time to read it. This is not my 1st experience with this dealership. As a new resident of Georgia from New Jers This is a long review but please take time to read it. This is not my 1st experience with this dealership. As a new resident of Georgia from New Jersey and as a recent widow w/ small children I needed to go somewhere I could trust. I Google local dealerships and found Jim Tiddwell dealership. And I'm glad I did. I was informed of what my car needed and I'm glad I trusted them. Today My tire blew out and I had it towed to the dealership. Everyone was very attentive and I commend all the staff and Michael Colletti Who stepped in with enterprise car rental and assisted me to rent a car so that I could use to transport myself and my children. I was in tears and overwhelmed with the kindness and compassion that I felt. I work 2 jobs to make ends meet and today I felt the kindness and generosity and understanding. There are no words to express my gratitude, even this review is not enough but I hope that anyone that is looking for real advice on a car and wants honesty then this is the place to go! Absolutely AWFUL experience I brought my 2015 Ford Fusion in due to a check engine indicator. It took over 3 MONTHS to get my car back. Air conditioning, which worked before I br I brought my 2015 Ford Fusion in due to a check engine indicator. It took over 3 MONTHS to get my car back. Air conditioning, which worked before I brought it in, did not work when I picked it up and they tried to make me pay for the repair. Less than a month later the check engine indicator comes back on. I brought it to another dealership who informed me that there were several issues with the engine. Will never bring my car back there and I would not recommend it to anyone. No respect for the customer and no urgency to make things right. More

They were friendly about scheduling, got me an appointment right away, and the repair was done earlier than expected. The paperwork was all there when I arrived and was processed out quickly and courteously. They have treated me well. More

I actually created this account just to be able to share this. Please forgive the long read. I brought my vehicle in on Wednesday for a recall. They "don't do this kind of work on the weekends" so I took the day off to bring it in. I was told it would take 4-5 hours and planned around that. It ended up taking a day and a half. I left work early today to pick my car up. I get to the dealership and there are four service people, none of which acknowledge me until I interrupt two of them talking. I give them my name, sign some paperwork and they look through the drawer for my keys. They're not there. They send a runner to the service garage to find the keys and they come back unsuccessful as well. A third person goes to look for the keys. By this time, I've been there almost 40 minutes for what should have been a quick 10 minute pick up. I'm frustrated, in and out of the service area, pacing, texting. I come back in and the service manager asks if I need to get by. I explained to him that they're unable to find my keys. I'll give him credit, he reacted with frustration about what had happened and he went to look for the keys. A previous seeker of the keys comes in and says they're just going to order me a new one. By this time, I've been there an hour. At this point, I thought it best to leave before I lose my temper. Over the past 4 years, I've purchased over 6 vehicles from them and so I mistakenly thought that maybe they'd take care of their loyal customers. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I'm taking my future service needs and my upcoming truck purchase down the road to another dealership. Lesson learned. Now, a lost key seems like small reason to post such a long rant, but understand that this was actually the final straw in what has become a pattern when you bring your car here. I'll share my previous experience with this dealership at another time. I've wasted enough time on them today. More

Waited for two weeks for someone to call me because no service person was available to talk with that day. Called again today because everyone makes mistakes. Again, no one to talk to in service, sweet lady tried but could not get help. Sorry but I would never consider buying a car from these guys. Next feedback will be to Ford Motor Company. Beginning to wonder if Ford is my next truck. More
Dihonest sales people I came in ready to cut a check for a new 2019 F-150 Raptor. I told the sales people that I will pay the full price as long as I can order it from fact I came in ready to cut a check for a new 2019 F-150 Raptor. I told the sales people that I will pay the full price as long as I can order it from factory exactly how I want it. Again, I had no issue with paying full sticker price as this was going to be a brand new build from factory truck. They came back to me with a price of $5,000 over what it should have been. I know this because I got prices from a buddy that works for ford. They said that the 5k was an up charge, and went on to explain it was because that is what “Ford” said it was worth. (Not True) On top of that they said the Raptor is a limited model and their are only so many build. (Also not true) After I told them this is not how honest business is don’t the sales person was extreamly rude. I went down the road to Marietta Ford 15 min after. Not only did I get the exact price I was quoted with no “ surprises 5K upcharge” I was in and out in an hour. I would not trust this Jim Tidwell Ford sales team you don’t know what if anything they are telling you price wise is true. More
