It all started with Anna Long the sales person that reached out to me when I contacted the dealership. She was absolutely the best at keeping everything clear so that I could make an educated decision on all the numbers. She continue to keep me informed on where we were in reference to price and payments. She also got Clint involved and together got a great deal on my King Ranch. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Clint and then Anna and within minutes we were in the finance office with Cody and he laid out everything so that we knew exactly what the payments were just like they said. I could go on and on about what a great deal we got and about the friends we made at Jim Tidwell Ford but don't take my word for it. bad service and parts department went in for recall and problems with cruise control. Bought the truck from these people. Worst customer service ever. Even after I bought a new truck and came to pick it up. No service, no thank you from manager nothing. I bought a used truck about a week ago. Part of the deal for me buying it was that they needed to do a full detail on the truck. While it took a while to do the paperwork, it wasn't too bad. When I was done with that, I was told they were still detailing it. So I sat around for another hour and a half to two hours. Finally the truck came around and it was still wet as if it were just out of the wash, so I thought the job was done. After getting into the truck though, it was clear that they had sprayed some water on the outside of it and drove it around. The inside had not been touched at all. I'm still not sure what took so long on a detail, that they didn't even do, but I assume they forgot about their customer. The girlfriend and myself were starving, and were honestly just tired of sitting around, since it had been hours. So we just left. I went the next day and had it detailed properly by someone else. Honestly I don't like people /companies who don't keep their word. That is why I would say avoid Jim Tidwell Ford. If they can't respect their word, my time, and my patronage then I can't expect them to be trustworthy for service, sales, or financing. Update* They reached out and paid for the detail they originally agreed to do. I adjusted it accordingly . More

Additionally to date I’ve had 2 oil changes that have taken in excess of 4 hours to complete. I purchase 3-5 cars yearly, never again a Ford and never from this dealer. More
No service ! I own a 2018 Mustang GT that is also equipped with Roush supercharger. In April I started having some issues with a vehicle and decided to take it bac I own a 2018 Mustang GT that is also equipped with Roush supercharger. In April I started having some issues with a vehicle and decided to take it back to Jim Tidwell Ford. At first everything seemed to be fine although I had to wait approximately 2 weeks on a part that was out of stock. After the part arrived vehicle was released to me but unfortunately still exhibiting the same problems. I went back to the dealer and left the car for repair. Since that time its been almost 4 months. During that time I felt that I am not getting a proper customer service so I decided to complain and I was taken to a person responsible for overseeing their service dept. Gentleman whom I talked to was very nice and apologetic and promised to personally inform me on the progress of the work. About two weeks ago Ford Motor Company made a determination that the problems with my vehicle are not caused by any of their systems even though they do not have an idea what is causing the problem and pointed a finger to Roush Performance. They decided to remove my rental car coverage and this same time the same supervisor in not so subtle way was telling me to take the car somewhere else. Displeased with the customer service I decided to leave a review which had upset the supervisor and he decided to retaliate and so he informed me that he will no longer perform any work on my vehicle and that both I and my vehicle are no longer welcome on the property. I tried to point that my review is a description of my experience and that it should serve him as a chance to improve their customer service to which he replied that he doesnt care about my experience because I am not a paying customer and to top it off his store lost $700 to cover my rental car. 4 months and counting I still have issues with my vehicle and no fix in sight. I was informed when making my appointment that the recall takes at least 4-5 hours which I was OK with and planned to just work at the dealership while waiting. The gal on the phone even told me I could take the shuttle somewhere if I needed to. I drove an hour to this appointment. Upon showing up, I was informed they wouldn't be able to get to my truck that day. They were not willing to do anything to help me and they were not apologetic at all for my making an appointment, driving an hour to my appointment, and not being able to even honor my appointment. The guy offered a rental car until the next day... but they wouldn't even begin working on my truck until the next day.. so why would I rent a car when my truck wasn't even being worked on?!? I have NEVER experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in all my life. I left a message with the manager to see if anything could be done. The manager never returned my call. I am absolutely dumbfounded at the terrible treatment I received from this service center. I wasted hours in the car for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT which they refused to honor. I will never return to this dealership for anything and advise everyone else to stay far, far away from this dealership. More
3 days for 2 warranty repairs? Made an appointment on the phone, with a live person, to have the back window fixed, and to have a panel under the car re-attached. Told the person on the phone that my wife would bring it in, and had to wait for the vehicle. When my wife showed up, after about 1/2 hour, they told her they would have to give her s shuttle ride home, because they weren't going to be able to get to it "for awhile". Awhile tuned out to be the next day, and we never heard a word from any one Day #1. (Wednesday) Day #2, I called and voiced my displeasure and was told they were looking at the vehicle now - for the first time in 24 hours! xxx? Get a call back a little later, telling me that they will have to order a part to repair the window that wouldn't go down. If you would have looked at the vehicle on the day of the appointment, the part would have been ordered and it would be fixed today (Thursday)! Day #3, confirmed that the part was in and that they were working on it next, but not sure they could complete the job today (Friday). Huh?! After I asked, I was offered a rental vehicle just in case, which I politely declined if they got the car done, otherwise I'd have to drive in to get a rental by 7:00pm on a Friday night, and they don't work on Saturday. Not sure why they didn't offer on Day #1!? Anyway, they completed on Friday and we picked up on Saturday early am. I talked to 4 or 5 people, throughout this ordeal, and aside from the 1st employee with no communication skills, everyone else was very helpful, except getting the car done. I did learn some interesting stuff from multiple conversations, that might prove interesting to some. #1 - Jim Tidwell is no longer independently owned - it's a Corporate Owned store now! Thus profit over customer satisfaction, as we witnessed first hand! #2 - Your "appointment" is just to reserve a place in line, and means nothing about your vehicle actually being serviced at that time. Might be nice to let the lady taking appointments in on that little secret! And your customer making the appointment! #3 - Confirmed appointments do not take into account the amount of technicians, "on the clock" at any given time, so see #2 above! What an interestingly ineffective way to run a business! More

Even the mechanic stated that it looked pretty bad. I spoke to the GM of the dealer and we had a good conversation. It is just impossible to work with a dealer when the first impression is from a person who was so good a lying during the first conversation. More
Can't trust them. Recently purchased a certified preowned mustang. In my 172 point inspection, given to me by ford before I purchased the car, they said the car had no previous or current damages. When I brought it up to them they where unwilling to work with me. Can't trust their certified vehicles at all or them! More
