As a follow up to my above review...I called for Mr Colletti as requested, and once again spoke to a live person. Left a very specific message, verifying the automobile referenced on May 14th, and was told he would call me back shortly. Poor communication seems to be a consistent problem at this place, as I have yet to hear from anyone, which is fine with me. Out of courtesy I attempted to contact him, figuring maybe he wanted to discuss my issues, to learn from the situation, but poor assumption on my part. I definitely have a choice for automotive needs and while it used to be Jim Tidwell, it will no longer be them or any other Group 1 dealerships.
