We made an appointment to have the 60000 mile service performed. My wife brought the truck in and let them know she was waiting on it. After 2.5 hrs she went to check on the status. The service dept checked and realized that the vehicle hadn’t been picked up off the dashboard and the service had not yet begun. She informed them that she had a Dr appt at 1:30 and no way of getting there. They arranged for transportation. When she returned from the appt the Service writer was at lunch and not left any information for a backup so she had to waste more time waiting on him before she could leave. This morning I called to discuss the situation with Josh Bass before I completed this survey. It’s been 4+ hours and no return call from Mr Bass. Lost time is one thing you can never recover. We bought our truck from Jim Tidwell but from this experience they don’t appreciate that nor respect our time! More
The customer service with the guy at the counter was good. It’s just that there’s a disconnect between the shop and the service rep being told what items are completed because every time I called in to good.
