My wife’s father passed away so I was going to make an unexpected 1200 mile trip. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I called Friday and Michael looked at a tight schedule, but still got me in unexpected 1200 mile trip. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. He and the dealership exceeded my expectations. More
I purchased my F-150 and with less than a 160 miles on it, I had an issue with the tailgate. I went to Jim Tidwell Ford, walked into the service department and said I need help. I explained I am in the middle of moving and I can't get my tailgate to operate. Immediately Bill Sharp stopped what he was doing and came out to see what he could do. After painless attempts it was apparent it wasn't a simple fix. He got me into the service department the next day. Understanding I was moving, he introduced me to Alexis Dinghy who walked me over and assured me we are going to get truck for you. I continued my move with the mental pickup and had my truck back shortly. Thank you guys for working so hard! More

The service department is horrible. The customer service is bottom tier. I brought my car in on March 17th, 2023 and it is now March 23 and they are seeming to hold my car hostage. I was not notified that it would take this long for a diagnostic and was not prepared to be without a car for a week. I've had to call for updates and never get any clear time frames. Patrick is the guy assigned to my vehicle and I informed him that the communication could have been better and just acted like he could care less. It is now Thursday March 23rd (when Patrick told me car would be ready by) and I have had to call yet again for an update and they do not have one. They told me what services needed to be done on Monday afternoon and the estimate states that it is a 4 hour job but for some reason it is Thursday and my car is still not done. I highly suggest NOT using this location for your servicing needs. More

I took my car for an oil change a little over a month ago. Shortly after I left I noticed that my car was making a noise in the front right side of my car. Hard to pinpoint exactly. It's making a clinking noise when driving 5-15 mph.. mainly when you stop and go. It wasn't like that before I got the oil changed so I took it back. The older customer service gentleman rode with me in my car and he could hear it also. He had it sent back to have it serviced again. Eventually, I was told they had stripped a lugnut. They replaced them all. When I started to drive off I still heard the noise. I turned right back around. I was told the noise I was hearing had nothing to do with the oil change or anything they did that day, and that it was my suspension. Okay, guess it was just coincidental. I'll take their word for it. Fast forward about a month later and I take my car back to have it serviced. My main concern was the front right noise, which I was told was the suspension. Candace puts down exactly what I want to have looked at, including the overall suspension. I saw it on her notes that she sent over to me. Candace got back with me and the technician, I think his name was Justin said I needed my brakes and rotors replaced, and the rear differential needed work done. I already knew about my brakes and rotors. I was going to change them myself but okay just go ahead and change them. I really just wanted to know why my car is making a noise in my front right side. Two weeks later, I was told it was ready. Only to find out the car is still making a noise on the front right side. Not only that, an additional problem when you let decelerate the car is making a loud noise from rear differential. So basically the part I wanted to get fixed, did not get fixed. And now my car is making an additional noise. I take it back to them. I had to take Uber everyday to work and back until they finally gave me a rental for it not being ready when they said it was ready. My warranty company, Fidelity reimbursed me until they said it was ready. Ford did not reimburse me for the costs I incurred after they said it was ready. They said it was ready a 2nd time. Car still makes a noise when decelerating just not as loud. The problem I took it there for in the first place is still not fixed. Need to call my warranty company. Didn't reimburse me for any costs I incurred after they had made a mistake fixing it. Super stressful and One of the worse experiences of my life. More
