Lita, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not happy with the experience. When older vehicles arrive in what we refer to as an "inoperable" condition, very often there are more issues that present themselves after the initial requested repairs are completed. In your case, with a vehicle that has not been running for nearly a year, it is impossible to determine all of the needed repairs upfront. I have video evidence of the mistreatment from your service manager and other employees towards me. I was called and told my car that was sitting for almost a year is in like new condition now all bc a shifter bushing arm was broken off. And replaced and all was good and my car is working and I can come pick it up. When I took an Uber there I was left stranded with a vehicle that wouldnt even go into gear like it should. I said y’all called me and told me my car was as good as new driveable and ready to go and that all the problem was was a missing shifter cable bushing arm that was totally missing getting the gears “twisted” up inside. Their words, not mine. Then when I said y’all told me that and now I’m left without a car the service manager said you have a car. Just give us $4800 to start fixing it. When I was trying to talk to stop him condescending me and saying he wasn’t gonna get a loaner car for me at their expense bc of the false information and fraudulent document, the service manager said in response to your car is fixed, “sorry your car is broke”. I found out through corporate that y’all lied to me. I went to another location per request of the ford corporate office as you may have seen I contracted the tow company that was there dropping off another vehicle. and that authorized service center actually did the work y’all said you did and verified that jim Tidwell ford NEVER did the recall repair despite giving me a receipt saying it was completed by them. The recall was never repaired and so And I have a receipt from y’all saying it was and now the car has had the recall repair completed at the alternate location. The transmission is a total loss and needs $9535 worth of work. And so bc you guys lied to me saying my car was good as new to come pick it up you failed to correct your mistakes and thus I have video evidence and written documentation showing your fraudulent claims and unethical treatment and maltreatment of one of your customers.
