The service manager Josh and his staff are really amazing with customer service. They make me not feel so bad about spending over $600 for two keys for our 2017 Explorer. 🤣 I will say that this is the best with customer service. I had a service appointment and the drop off went well, but was never called that my vehicle service was done. At the end of the day before closing I called and the said it was complete, but that they need but was never called that my vehicle service was done. At the end of the day before closing I called and the said it was complete, but that they needed to locate the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealer 30 min later, they could not locate my keys and it took about 15 min at the counter to locate the paperwork and keys. Otherwise the service was fine and the price was competitive. More
