I found the oil dipstick laying horizontally on top of the engine instead of the tube where it should have been inserted. It was a good thing I looked under the hood after picking up the car. I’m also disappointed with the Ford Motor Company for poor quality with their engines. My 2018 Explorer had less than 50K miles and I needed a new engine mount and timing gear cover gasket…totally unacceptable! It was a good thing I purchased the extended premium warranty package which saved me approximately 4-5K dollars. More

Promised car back same day..but 4 days later..they had not even looked at car..and said they may not get to it until next week. So forget this charge...they wanted us to keep car there for two weeks do it could stay in a "cue" They let me take my sons car without a signature or an ID...so do they really care? Hey Josh..your invoice says to call prior to survey if not giving you a five...you are the reason I went from a two to a 1...wish there was a zero...your lack of care and concern shows why your ranking is is so low!! Took care of my issue but Ford motor company is refusing to own up to a dangerous problem regarding suspension defects on my model. Repairs are already up to 7500 in the last 8 months. After 15 years of owning fords, it’s time to hang up the hat. I’ll be moving to GMC or Chevy to see if they value their customers more. More
Great experience with the service department at Tidwell. They changed some tires on my Tesla. The service advisor Caleb did a great job with check in and keeping me updated throughout the repair. I purchased a used Ford Ranger from this dealership and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They were extremely responsive and sent all the information as quickly as possible. Given I lived 2 hours away, they ensured I was happy, in-and-out quickly, and had the vehicle 100% ready upon arrival. VC was my sales rep and he was excellent to work with. The Finance dept rep broke a land speed record in processing the transaction. This dealership is an asset to Kennesaw. Thanks! More
