They were very professional and personal and very thorough on the assignment of the issue. They were able to get me in quicker than expected getting me in but unfortunately the part needed was experi thorough on the assignment of the issue. My first experience at Jim Tidwell service department was at best mediocre. This 2nd experience was significantly better. It did take like four days to get my truck back, but it was overall a good experience at best mediocre. This 2nd experience was significantly better.
