Called service department to arrange for programming a smart key. Service department said they would have to transfer me to the parts department. Parts department said they don't do the programming, th smart key. Service department said they would have to transfer me to the parts department. Parts department said they don't do the programming, they would have to transfer me to service. Finally, went down in person and talked to service writer. He said he would have to check with parts department for key availability. Twenty minutes later (other service reps saw that I was waiting and several asked if they could help me.) the first rep finally returned and I made the appointment for the following morning at 7:45 a.m. I arrived at 7:30 and 3 hours later at 10:45 I asked about the status of my job and was told they would check. About 10 minutes later the service rep came in and said my car was waiting outside. It took 3 hours to program a smart key and change the oil. I strongly suspect that the work was completed earlier and I was left sitting in the waiting room. More
