Very happy with the service that I received from the body shop. Alex kept me informed about my repair the entire time. I didn't want to file an insurance claim so the estimator Michelle gave me a fair repair shop. Alex kept me informed about my repair the entire time. I came to Tidwell Ford because I was disappointed with another Ford dealerships service department. Unfortunately, this was worse. The service representative who went by the name of Cxxxx was absolutely u another Ford dealerships service department. Unfortunately, this was worse. The service representative who went by the name of Cxxxx was absolutely useless. He never communicated anything to me unless I called him. He immediately would put me on hold for five minutes and gave me no information. He had my car for five days to inspect my transmission and perform an oil change. Five days. I had to demand my car be done in two hours because that’s when I was coming to pick it up. I contacted the service director Josh Bass, and he was spectacular. He understood the problem and immediately remedied it to my complete satisfaction. I can only hope the other service representatives work better than the one I had. More
I had to take my F150 platinum in due to the engine light coming on again, this is the second time in two months the same code has appeared. Although the truck is under warranty and they have the parts in st coming on again, this is the second time in two months the same code has appeared.
