I took my F150 for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I paid the invoice and was told the truck was waiting out front. I went out to the truck to find a dime-sized deep scratch in the paint. I went back and notified the service representative who called the manager. They apologized and told me they take of the paint repair would call the following day to schedule. I was never contacted, I called and left voicemails for the manager numerous times but 5 weeks later still haven't had a call back. Next step I will be contacting to Ford corporate to get my truck repaired. More
I don’t give many dealerships a 4-5 star rating but these guys have been very good. I rated I 4stars because I had my vehicle in for 5 days and the service agent I was working with didn’t tell me she was goi guys have been very good. I was greeted by the service advisor upon arrival at the dealership for service on my F150. He was professional and explained everything in detail about my service including the estimated cost and what wou dealership for service on my F150.
