The men sitting at their work stations refuse to make eye contact or ask if I need any help. Everyone stays busy on their computer, paperwork or phone. Today I stood there for 5 minutes while 4 men did what ever they were doing, certainly NOT waiting on a customer. Every time it is a woman agent that will ask if I need any help. I’m serious, this has been my experience for the 5 years since I’ve moved here. I’m dumbfounded that you permit this kind of customer service! More

Went to help my son serving active duty Navy buy his first car. While this dealership told us to wait while they did some work on the car, they sold out from under us while we waited. This is after my s first car. While this dealership told us to wait while they did some work on the car, they sold out from under us while we waited. This is after my son drove 6hrs to get the car. What a shame on them for this totally unprofessional way to treat people let alone one serving in our armed forces. Not even an apology to me or him. I will never buy a car from this dealership. More
