Most disappointing service visit, made an appointment, dropped off my car, service representative indicated that a repair estimate would be available later in the day. Heard nothing from anyone in spite o dropped off my car, service representative indicated that a repair estimate would be available later in the day. Heard nothing from anyone in spite of text messages and phone calls. After 3 days, drive back over to see what was going on. From all indications, they had just began to see what the issue might be.
