A simple Alignment and Oil Change became an ordeal of trying to sell more repairs via multiple text messages and videos, causing me to “DND” my phone so I could work. I then had to call at 1:30pm to see trying to sell more repairs via multiple text messages and videos, causing me to “DND” my phone so I could work. I then had to call at 1:30pm to see if my car was done since I hadn’t heard from the Advisor. The Advisor tells me he was “awaiting my responses to the suggested service items”, which is why I wasn’t called about my car being done. He also tells me he “left a voicemail”, which was an hour prior to my car being completed. The car sat for almost 4 hours completed before I called on my own to see if it was finished. This is a dealership; not a JiffyLube. Do not hold the completion of items hostage until I respond to additional suggestions. This used to be a reputable dealership. The GM of 14 years was recently fired, as was the Service Manager and multiple others. We’ve been shopping and doing service here for over 20 years, having purchased 4 vehicles and spent close to $200,000 here over the years. We used to know a lot of people here, and I recognize only 3 people now in the entire dealership. No thanks; I’m going elsewhere. More
