I am very happy to do so. The best thing I can say about Tom Henry is that I trust Tom and all the people I have dealt with there over the years. Knowing that you will be treated fairly and honestly creates a warm and comfortable feeling, which is not always the case when visiting a car dealership. Let's face it, people want to do business with people they know like and trust. I will purchase my next car from Tom Henry Chevrolet, and having experienced all 3 segments of their business,I would gladly recommend their sales service and auto body shop to anyone. More

In 1994 I began dealing at Tom Henry Chevrolet's service department and found them to be exceptionally honest, giving me choices, cost and benefits of each choice. If they made a mistake they fixed it, mistakes were very rare. I began taking all of my late model and collector cars to them with excellent results. When I was ready to buy a new vehicle I went to them for a price and found them to be very competitive. The most important thing to me was that I learned the the cheapest price may not be the best deal. Tom Henry Chevrolet has been getting all of my business because their entire staff is trustworthy and honest. It doesn't hurt that they know your name. I've become a good customer because every aspect of the company treats you as a customer and not just a credit card. Most dealers that I dealt with treated me as a customer until I drove off the lot. I was in the market for a new car and a friend refered me to Tom Henry Chevrolet. When I arrived John greated me and told me about Monti Carlo and the Impala. He offered test drives on both cars and explaine to Tom Henry Chevrolet. When I arrived John greated me and told me about Monti Carlo and the Impala. He offered test drives on both cars and explained all of the packages available. I chose the Impala, options and color I wanted. John searched to find me the right Impala that met all of my wants. Through out the discussions I never felt presured for additional options or services. Friendly interaction is a trade mark for the dealership. More
