Tom Henry Chevrolet provides everything a customer wants in a new/used car buying experience. I recently purchased my second new vehicle from this dealership. This dealership stocks "quality" models and does not skimp on the fatory available options. The colors and styles of their vehicles are the most desireable in the local market. The sales experience is easy at this dealership. I was able to walk about from the lot during normal business without any approach or pressure from sales persons. When I had found a vehicle that I liked, I approached the sales office, where I was greeted by Ross Caruso - Sales Consultant. Ross handled every aspect of the sale in an efficient and open manner. I was happy to learn that Tom Henry accurately valued my trade vehicle and offered me the most money in return for my investment. The entire sale, including the trade of my old vehicle took approximately 2 hours. Upon meeting with Adam the "acting" Finance Mgr., all of my paperwork was complete and ready for signing, taking just a few minutes. The vehicle was prepared and looking great by the time I had completed the paperwork. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. During a final vehicle orientation with Ross I learned that the dealership was actually short-handed this day, as the majority of the sales group and real Finance Mgr. were at a corporate meeting learning how to improve the customer experience at their "soon to be built" new dealership. I was impressed that Ross and Adam were able to handle my sale so quickly and without as much as a single glitch. I was further impressed to learn that Tom Henry is investing in a new dealership and obviously training their employees to conduct business efficiently and in a customer friendly manner. I would definitely buy here again. More

The reason that I had to purchase a new vehicle was because I totaled my car (I am OK, my car definitely was not!) and had to get a new one fast. The staff were professional and friendly, and the dealership has a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, Ross was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was not pushy at all. I inquired about the 2011 chevy equinox via internet, and Adam responded promptly with an email. I later inquired about trade in values and Adam promptly called me. I am a recent widow with two small children and I was getting rid of my two cars and buying a reliable new one due to my recent circumstances. Adam was very kind and understanding of my situation. When I met with Adam, he treated me and my brother in law with respect and made a fair deal on my trade-ins. After a little discussion we were able to come to a decent price on the vehichle. The financing was not as easy. I regret that I did not find my own financing prior to purchasing. I was disappointed in the interest rate and lack of relationships with lenders. I do believe I would've got a better rate if I would have taken the time prior to my visit to Tom Henry Chevrolet. Ultimately the dealership worked with me and provided a "tolerable" financing option. I will recommend Adam and Tom Henry to my friends, family and coworkers. I will however recommend they research their finance options first. I am happy with the equinox and will also highly recommend this vehichle. I bought this car based on the safety features, and the onstar. I am a little disappointed that chevy does not offer a better warranty given this car has such high ratings. I did not purchase an extended warranty at this time because the deal on this car did not allow me to spend that money over budget. Had I gotten a better deal I would have purchased the warranty. Again I was very pleased with my dealings with Adam. More

I felt that he went above and beyond in helping me to make the right decision in purchasing my car and in providing me with options. He never made me feel as though I was just another "sale" and never once made me feel inferior or as though I were being duped because I am a female. Ross returned my calls, responded to emails, and even text me back promptly. He was even so gracious to answer my texts late at night on one occasion. Ross brought the car to me at my work place so that I could see and drive it. When I picked the car up from the dealership, it was in perfect condition. He made sure that I received the OnStar promotional package that I should have when OnStar made an error. The price for the car that I got was fair as many camaro enthusiasts would have offered much more than I paid in order to have "Thor".
