Not trustworthy. I was over charged for 2 quarts of oil and to be reimbursed but never was and the next day my “Low Oil” light came on I took it to the dealer again and they had to add another quart. I was and to be reimbursed but never was and the next day my “Low Oil” light came on I took it to the dealer again and they had to add another quart. I was ripped off and feel they don’t do the work they said they did on my vehicle. Never aga will I use this service dept I went to get a recall fixed on my truck and figured I would have them change the oil. Well not only did they charge me over 140 dollars for the oil change they charged me for a total of 15 quarts when my truck takes 13 quarts I told the receptionist at the desk and I was supposed to be reimbursed for 2 quarts which NEVER happened and the next day my LOW oil light came on I took it back to the garage and the service man said my truck was fine they had to add another quart of oil and gave me a card for a complimentary oil change. I said NO thank you I will not be back. I feel they are not trust worthy infact I feel ripped off. I will never have my vehicles serviced here again. More
Land of misfits. Appears shorkey brought in a group of throwaways from other dealers to make a team at this location, what a mess. The lack of professionalism and cluelessness is glaring throughout. They know how to make an appointment. That is where it goes downhill. First night to get the car. Should be a half hour. No more than an hour. Try two hours and 35 minutes. Second appointment to get a pr goes downhill. First night to get the car. Should be a half hour. No more than an hour. Try two hours and 35 minutes. Second appointment to get a problem corrected. It was cancelled. I found out after I left work and got there. Been trying to get rescheduled for two weeks. Today finally. They said 5:00. I left work on a break. Less than a mile away, scheduled appointment. Should take two minutes it is only one piece of paper to sign. Wrong, I waited 40 minutes to sign a piece of paper that took less than a minute. Attitude of Paul was fake. So sorry for your trouble. I am completely over Jim Shirley dealership and will not hesitate to tell my story if asked for an opinion. I am glad it is over. More
Very unhappy with how things worked out at this dealership. I called to inquire about a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. I had a few questions and asked the dealer to send me a walk around vi dealership. I called to inquire about a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. I had a few questions and asked the dealer to send me a walk around video of the car which he did. At that point I said I was very interested and specifically asked the salesman not to sell the vehicle and that I would put down a deposit. I told him I wasn't the type of buyer to ask for any big discounts as long as the car was fairly priced but could he work with me on a minor discount of maybe $1000 on a $70,000 car. He said let me ask and get back with you. Two hours later he texted me saying the car had been sold after we had started this process. VERY disappointed in this kind of service and will not purchase here in the future. Granted, I was not there in person yet but the right thing to do in this case is to give me an opportunity to put down the deposit and finalize the deal before selling it to someone else. More
Buyer Beware I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum and was lied to about two of the open recalls. I was told "They have all been handled." Well 3 tr I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum and was lied to about two of the open recalls. I was told "They have all been handled." Well 3 trips to a certified Nissan Dealer and a rental car later, they are now "handled." The recalls weren't a make or break for the deal, but it was very deceiving to be purposely told the wrong information just to make a sale. Unless you're purchasing a new vehicle, buyer beware. More
Faulty Transmission under 50,000 miles Last June I purchased a Ford escape at Tom Henry Chevrolet. My salesman was great but I understand he is no longer there. The car was sold to me in Last June I purchased a Ford escape at Tom Henry Chevrolet. My salesman was great but I understand he is no longer there. The car was sold to me in what I was told "excellent" conditions. Therefore I saw no reason to take more than the three month warranty that was offered. After all, the car only had 43,000 miles on it. To my surprise, shortly before it reached 50,000 miles, my transmission went. Upon calling Tom Henry Chevrolet, I was given no help at all, despite the fact that everyone has told me that that mileage is extremely low for something like that to happen. I was hoping they would at least split the repair with me, but I was denied that opportunity. Now I am stuck with the entire bill on my own. In conclusion, I feel that they do not stand by their word. Dolores P. Gibsonia More

Jeff Blough gave me his personal car so I took my volt in for service and was supposed to have a ride home. My ride home couldn't make it. Jeff Blough gave me his personal car so I was not stuck! What sales manager would do that?!!? I couldn't believe it. I said "no, I can't do that" He insisted!! What a life saver ! My service experience was just as positive. Donny took great care of my vehicle and treated me like a king ! I had an annoying rattle which most would dismiss but not Donny. He rode in the trunk to find it. I HIGHLY recommend using Tom Henry for all your vehicle needs. As a side note, I purchased my Volt there too and they had the best price and with no pressure! More
