Lies, on top of lies . DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had MULTIPLE different people in different parts of this company give me information regarding my credit application and different DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had MULTIPLE different people in different parts of this company give me information regarding my credit application and different offers that they have. Dealer called this morning and said he can guarantee that we could walk out with a car today. As I stressed to him the situation I was in he continued to say I had nothing at all to worry about that everything is going to go perfectly. When I made the 2 hour drive down there, everything was lies, even the information that was given to me by the FIRST sales rep, was a lie. He would verbally give me one set of information and when he brought the paper to go over it the information was 100% different . Spent 4 hours at the dealership just for them to ask me to come back tomorrow. They will NEVER have my business after the three ring circus they put me through today. If you are smart at all, do NOT go to this dealership for any reason. More

Was greeted in the parking lot and then escorted inside. After some short research, the young man came back out and informed me that the car I had come to see had been sold "several days ago"...HUH??? What was the purpose of this exercise, to waste my time or to try and sell me something else? Regardless, it is a dishonest and disturbing way to conduct business. Shame on all of you...you will never earn my business and I will be telling everyone I know about how dishonest you are. Oh, and no one from management has cared to pick up the phone and apologize. Very Professional...NOT. More

Bought a used Cadillac SRX Well if you are someone who does not know alot about used cars, do not go here. I guess they saw me coming. I found the 2016 Cadillac SRX online and Well if you are someone who does not know alot about used cars, do not go here. I guess they saw me coming. I found the 2016 Cadillac SRX online and basically made a deal. I went the next day (over 100 miles) Looked at the SRX but I guess I didn't look close enough. It had 21,000 miles on it. I have had it 3 months and was told by 2 different companies not to drive any longer on the tires that were on it. I contacted Carriage about this but was never acknowledged. I just spent 800 on new tires. The others were completley worn out. Also it had been buffed and had circular marks all over it. The Cue system stopped working after 1 month. Luckily the Cadillac dealership near me is replacing because it is still under warranty. I have also noticed some of the paint is cracking. I am very disappointed in Carriage Mitsubishi to say the least!!! More
