Your customer service and sales depts are by far the best that I've experieced in my buying career. Never have I found people so friendly and eager to please and help the customer. I love my my new 2012 Kia Sorento! Megan greeted me and showed me the showroom car she searched the inventory for what I wanted brought up the car, I test drove it and loved it!! Brought a car in for a check engine and was told it was because I changed the oil myself. Then charged a diagnostic fee?!?!? Seems that it was just a way to get any penny possible from me. I went in for the 30,000 mile service to my Kia Forte Koup that I bought two years ago. Not only this time but every time I go into Carriage Kia I am always greeted with a smile, and someone is always wi Koup that I bought two years ago. Not only this time but every time I go into Carriage Kia I am always greeted with a smile, and someone is always willing to help. Scheduling my service was as easy as a simple phone call and they are always willing to work with my crazy schedule. The service department always keeps me up to date on things that may or may not need to be done to my car to keep it running at tip top shape. They always get the service done in a timely manner what ever the service may be. If it does take a little longer, thats always fine with me, they always have coffee and popcorn to nibble on. :) and the sales associates are always welcome to a conversation. Over all Carriage Kia is my dealership of choice and I will personally keep my business with them for as long as possible. Thank you Carriage for always being there with a smile. More
I had to wait for a short period of time and Jamie had my car washed while I was waiting. She is always SO friendly, professional and accomodating. I appreciate her! This was a great experience because it was not agressive. I also had the opportunity to work with the same person, Michael Paglianti through the entire process. I have been purchasing new vehicles for 40 years and it is not anything I enjoy doing because it seems the sales dept. is more concerned about making a sale that satisifying a customer. This was not the case at Carriage. I look forward to finding out about the service dept and hope to find the same quality. More
