My experience started with contacting this dealership via their online chat available through their website. Unfortunately, the chat is contracted through a 3rd party company so I wasn't overly impressed wit their online chat available through their website. Unfortunately, the chat is contracted through a 3rd party company so I wasn't overly impressed with the 3rd party company's helpfulness. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they were having problems telling me whether or not the dealership had that specific vehicle. They forwarded my request directly to the sales manager and within 5 minutes Bryan Seagraves contacted me. He informed me they had the specific vehicle I wanted which was a 2012 or 2013 Sorento EX with premium package and the color being titanium. I scheduled an appointment that afternoon and he had the vehicle out front when I arrived. Bryan set me up with his salesperson, Chris Stanford, to go over the actual sale. Instead of going back an forth on price every five minutes, we came to an agreement very quickly including the vehicle I was trading in. Chris did all the finance paperwork. He had another individual go over all the workings of the vehicle with me and my wife. It was a very easy process and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Carriage KIA went above and beyond all my expectations for an exceptional new car purchase. First of all, the KIA Optima is an awesome car. It drives like an expensive luxury sedan. It has all the options and more that I was looking for in a car at a price that I could afford. The test drive experience was more than what I expected. I was allowed to take it for an extended test drive to make sure it was a good fit for me. The negotiation part was better than I've ever experienced. Leonard done a fantastic job. He was never pushy. He knew what I wanted upfront and negotiated to get exactly what I wanted without "haggling" back and forth. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend KIA and Carriage KIA specifically to anyone. And, I would tell them to ask for Leonard Walker. More
