Last week,I had taken my 5 month old KIA to get it serviced,under the 1 year free maintenance program. Greg Milazzo was right there... looking at me as I had driven up to the Service dept. doors. He g serviced,under the 1 year free maintenance program. Greg Milazzo was right there... looking at me as I had driven up to the Service dept. doors. He greeted me,respectively. Then he confirmed what needed to be done to my car and how long he expected the service would take. My car was serviced pretty fast. Greg even offered me a free carwash afterwards. My car search came from a sudden need not just a desire for something new. Darrel Lyle my sales person could not have been more understanding or a better fit for my need. It helped a lot that we had a shared faith in God and a desire to please Him with our transaction. When Darrel had given me the best deal he could he said "Do we have a deal". I said no, I have to leave and think and pray about this. I cannot make a decision without being sure this is what God wants. He said no problem- Take the Rio- drive it to your appointment today and to your Bible Study tomorrow and then bring it back. He encouraged me to enjoy the driving experience with no obligation to purchase. I trusted Darrel whom I had never met and he trusted me and our mutual trust in God. After a lot of prayer and family and friend discussions, I bought the Rio. The buying process was a breeze. The dealership took a lot of time showing me all of the things the car could do. I met the service team and there was a technology guy trying to teach this not so young woman how to use all of the latest greatest toys. That was a lot to learn in one day and he assured me I could come back or call and he would always be available to help. The whole team was great.
