I was greeted immediately at the door in a professional and pleasant manner. The atmosphere inside was cold (because it was hot out) and very welcoming. The showroom was clean and friendly. I was offered a beverage and I never had to deal with another person other than Kevin. I did not have to run from one person to another like other dealerships and feel like I was just a number. I was treated with the upmost respect and compasion. I was what mattered, not the selling of a car. Kevin worked extremely hard to find us the right vehile to fit our needs. This is the third car we have bought from Kia in the last 8 months all from Kevin Nottingham. I can not say eneough about Carriage Kia. I will never buy another car from anywhere else. I have purchased many car in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest and non stressful sale ever!. The last vehicle I purchased before my Kia was with Chevy and they absolutely made me cry and have a panic attack because they were so hard sell. My 2011 Kia Soul push ignition did not work and the car would not start. I called the sevice department and they stated that to call the Kia Assist number (which I forgot was available)to have the car towe would not start. I called the sevice department and they stated that to call the Kia Assist number (which I forgot was available)to have the car towed to be serviced. I was not required to arrive with the car which was a god send since I work about 46 miles away from the dealership. After the car arrived and was inspected, Jamie called to tell me what the issue was and that it was covered under warranty. The car was picked up by the Kia Assist around 10:50 am and I received a call from Jamie around 1 PM stating that the car was fixed and that I could pick it up anytime before 6 pm. If I was unable to make it before 6, they would leave my keys with the sales dept. This was very helpful since I live 36 miles away. I was not able to pick up the car until the next afternoon, but called service in the AM to perform an oil change prior to picking up. The service dept was very accommodating. I picked up the car that afternoon with a new brake switch and oil change without a hitch. More

While, Michael Pinglianti originally greeted us at our first visit, Chad Calhoun spent a lot of time with us going over the features of both the Optima and the Sorento. He also coordinated our test drives. Since we couldn't decide on-the-spot which vehicle would be best for our family, we decided to go home and weigh the options...The next morning, we returned and were again greeted by Michael. We had decided on the Sorento because of the cargo space. Michael took his time showing us Sorentos that had the features we wanted on the suv. From there we began the financial paperwork. This went very smoothly. Michael and Brian Seagraves worked very hard to get us the best deal on the model and package we wanted and could afford. Once the paperwork was signed, Elyse Fencik spent time showing us how all the inside features worked-she even synced my phone so I could begin making hands-free calls immediately. We drove off the lot EXTREMELY satisfied with our purchase-from the customer service to the price to the unbeatable safety features-Carriage Kia's personnel and the Kia company can't be beat! More
