When seeking a loan approval with a bank, there are stipulations on qualification parameters that must be met in order gain final approval on that loan. After reviewing the recorded phone call, we can understand your frustrations, but unfortunately found that we could not come to terms due to your inability to meet the stipulations needed by that bank to fund a deal. Thanks for your reply and explanation. However I guess you are missing the point of the review. The issue at your dealership was not the fact about getting approved or turned down. The issue was that your workers was dishonest about the situation and the decision that the bank had told them. There must had been an error on your recorded calls because when I called the bank who the approval was with and they stated that they never receive any kind of paperwork from your staff in order to review a deal. So I think it would be kind of hard to have a decision on a deal or "come to terms" when the bank you all deal with said they never received a contract nor a buyers order. So thanks for your sympathy, however our frustration was not about the deal nor the bank it was your dealership. Thanks for your time and apology but we won't be needing any further assistance from carriage Kia
