As always when I go to Carriage for service, the reps are always courteous and helpful if I have questions. I never have to wait for them to service my vehicle and the service is always done in a reasonable always courteous and helpful if I have questions. When you purchase a vechile from a dealership and continue to use their service department then that means they are doing everything right and that is why I gave them the rating of superb. This is my 3rd kia from Carriage Kia and there is a reason why. This is the best dealer you can buy a Kia from. Kia makes a great product but Carriage backs it up. I live 15 miles away in Buford and there is another Kia dealer much closer but I go to Carriage. They start with the best deal and they give you the 1st year of service for free. My advice if you are thinking about buying a car go to Carriage you will be happy you did. More

They didn't want to deal with my trade in and even recommended that I walk away from my current car and let them come take it back. Not an option. This is the worse dealer ever! We were already approved and they insist on running my credit . Then they lie about the numbers to your face an tell you that they can't do the deal even though you have the and they insist on running my credit . Call back up there and ask for a manager and apparently no one was available. Instead I got this annoying salesman who was talking crap about a deal he had no knowledge of and screamed and argue with me over the phone. Then going to invite me back to the dealership after being disrespected. If you get an pre approve offer from these crooks, run away. Go to Gwinnett county and get a car, because these crooks are worse than buy here pay here dealers. More
My daughter and I went to Carriage Kia to purchase her a new car. I went with her to co-sign due to her being on a new job. We were told there would not be a problem with the purchase, the car would be in h new car. I went with her to co-sign due to her being on a new job. When running the credit checks on us both, the salesperson said I had the highest credit rating of anyone she had done business with, she believed. The deal was made, then when it was being finalized, the salesperson kept having to go back and forth with the credit person. She said he was just filling in for their regular one and was having problems. We left with the car the same day, but after about a week, my daughter received a call from Carriage saying there had been a mistake and they wanted the car back. She informed them that the deal had been made, the papers signed and she had been driving the car. She made several calls to Carriage Kia trying to get to the bottom of the problem. During all of this, she and I both started getting letters in the mail where they were trying to finance the car. We were told it was financed with Kia before we ever left the dealership. I do not know how many we received but it was at least 4 or 5. I called Carriage and talked first to Chris Ellison regarding what all of this was going to do to my credit rating which was excellent at the time. He said he would check into it to see what was going on. The next day I received a call from a person named Sharon asking for details of the problem. After giving her all the information, she said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back as she was the one that handled these kind of complaints for them. I never received this call. After all of this, instead of the vehicle being in my daughters name, as we were told it would be, the payment stubs come in my name. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and certainly never go there to purchase another vehicle. More
