Bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu at a good price. Looks like the price was good because it was missing lug nuts and the rear door and window didn't work. Hardy Chevy fixed those items at no cost, even though th the price was good because it was missing lug nuts and the rear door and window didn't work. Hardy Chevy fixed those items at no cost, even though they said it looked like the door had been in an accident. Kudo's to Hardy Chevy. I had to go back 3 times to Carriage to get reimbursed for the lug nuts and never received my $25 visa gift card for test driving a car. Dustin was a nice guy and I enjoyed working with him but the lack of inspection of the vehicle by the dealership says alot about the quality of the product they are putting on the used car section. Never had any issues like this with any car dealership before and I am very disappointed. More
