We originally went in for service on our 2012 Kia Sorento, but had considered trading for an Optima for improved gas mileage. It took some time, but they made it happen and we couldn't be happier with our new Optima. Also, the delivery specialist was excellent (she was from TX, but unfortunately I'm terrible with names - sorry). She went through all the features that were different from our 2012 Kia and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle - without taking all day to explain things that were identical.
