I really enjoyed my visit at Carriage Kia in Gainesville. Trey Shumake, the salesman, was very friendly and knowledgeable and the value of the vehicle was awesome. We originally went in for service on our 2012 Kia Sorento, but had considered trading for an Optima for improved gas mileage. I talked to Alex while our Sorento was being serviced and told him we wou Sorento, but had considered trading for an Optima for improved gas mileage. I talked to Alex while our Sorento was being serviced and told him we would like to drive an Optima; however, it would take a perfect deal for us to take it home. It took some time, but they made it happen and we couldn't be happier with our new Optima. Also, the delivery specialist was excellent (she was from TX, but unfortunately I'm terrible with names - sorry). She went through all the features that were different from our 2012 Kia and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle - without taking all day to explain things that were identical. Thank you to all the folks involved that made this deal happen! More
