Tyler was wonderful. He is relational, patient, knowledgeable, and was just a lot of fun to work with. We have bought a few cars in our lives and have dealt with a variety of new car salesmen. We don't recall ever meeting with someone like Leonard Walker who went well above what we thought was reasonable with a variety of new car salesmen. We don't recall ever meeting with someone like Leonard Walker who went well above what we thought was reasonable and customary to make the deal we ended up with work for us. He did a fine job and possessed a well-rounded knowledge of his inventory, the brand and it's history and especially the insurance ratings which were important to us. Overall, we felt as though we were the only people in the dealership and that the red carpet had been rolled out for us. Great job Leonard Walker! If it had of been someone else, and we are not suggesting he is the only one, but he made the whole process easy, enjoyable and a good shopping experience. Great job Kia Gainesville. We will be back! When I arrived at the Carriage Kia Dealership in Gainesville, GA, I was met by Megan, the rep. I found her to be very friendly. I was interested in the Kia Optima. I found the dealership appearance to be clean and refreshing. I would recommend that sales associates be given a little more privacy in the office setting. The initial sales experience left some things to be desired. The sales associate never did quote pricing. I had told him that I wanted to keep the monthly payment with a certain range and he basically worked the deal backwards including whatever it would take to come to that monthly payment. At no time were definitive prices quoted. This left me with the feeling that they were trying to not to disclose certain things, which I later expressed to the sales manager in a separate meeting. I feel a different sales method is definitely in order. More
