I started off at Carriage Nissan, but they were not able to help me. So they took me to the Kia dealership and asked Tyler to see what they could do for me. With the help of Tyler they were able to get me to help me. So they took me to the Kia dealership and asked Tyler to see what they could do for me. With the help of Tyler they were able to get me into a 2014 Kia Sorento. They were willing to work around my schedule and made my time at the dealership a pleasurable experience. I have now bought 3 other cars from the Carriage family and I will definetly be back for another. Thanks for all your help!!! More

I went to the dealership with the intention of test driving a Sorento only. I have a friend who recently bought one and she was pleased both with the dealership and her car. I needed an economical car driving a Sorento only. I have a friend who recently bought one and she was pleased both with the dealership and her car. I needed an economical car that would seat at least 6, and from what I could tell online, the Sorento seemed to be the best buy. I filled out some online applications and was immediately contacted by people from Carriage, including Michael P...the dealer. When we got to the dealership, we were immediately greeted. Michael had some people with him, so we looked around while we waited. Once he was done, he graciously led us through the process. I test drove a vehicle and liked it, then he led us back to his desk to check on financing. Before I knew it, I had traded my old car in and bought a Sorento! That was not supposed to have happened, but I desperately needed a car as mine had completely died. I've been driving the Sorento for about a week now, and love it! The finance department had even made a mistake on the price and caught it, and fixed it. I ended up saving even more! It was a good experience, and I look forward to driving my Sorento for many miles! More

It had started to rain and the covered area had cars in it with no one looking at them. We had to wait for someone to move those cars so that ours could be pulled in. No one wanted to pull our car in so my wife asked if she could do it and Deysi said okay. My wife pulled the car into the covered area. Deysi went though the car explaining the features. The reading lamp on the passenger side would not come on. We made an appointment to get that fixed. Deysi said we had to go to Carriage Nissan to get it fixed. Over the next few days I read the owner's manual and figured out the light. Leonard called on Monday to check how things were and my wife gave him this information. He apologized for the trouble and offered to fill up my gas tank when I came to get the light fixed. As stated when I read the manual I figured it out so my wife called on Tuesday and cancelled the appointment to fix the light. by the way Leonard advised when my wife talked to him on Monday that the car needed to go to Carriage KIA not the Nissan dealership that Deysi said we had to go to. I am happy with the car. More
