very politie. working with me for a trade , I had to tow my 2008 Sorrento to Carriage Kia Monday morning, had been told my local mechanic timing chains needed to be replaced. When I described this to Kia mechanics, they were sceptical from the symptoms I described. I recieved a call back from Kia within 2 hours of delivery of my Sorrento. Was told that sludge had shut down my motor and they would help me purchase a used motor for around $5900. Of course, I started crying because I did not have that kind of money as a single parent with 4 children. I was also upside down in the Kia which I had purchased from Carriage kia in 2011 (did not have a pleasant experience with that purchase) I was sent to a sales man, discussed my dilema. Robert was respectful and empathetic and 5 hours later I was driving away, not with what i wanted, but what i could afford. More
