I entered the dealership just to view the Kia Cadenza. After talking to Kayce and Chuck and then taking a test drive I decided to ask what kind of a deal they could do for me . Salesperson should be more selective in what they say they can deliver. I was looking for a Sorento LX AWD, 6 cyl engine and somehow they couldn't find one after they said they could get any car that not they can deliver. Consequently,we were a little apprehensive. The overall friendliness and easygoing demeanor of the staff at Carriage Kia immediately put us at ease. My wife and I have purchased several new cars over our lifetimes. However, we have never until now had anyone to explain the features of a car in detail to us. What a plus this is! Our delivery person was excellent. He explained how each of the features on our new Kia Sorento works. This was my first experience with Kia. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership. John Winblood went above and beyond to help us get a new van. We were happy with our Honda Odyssey but when we received a mailer we decided to check it out. We were able to get a much lower interest rate and a brand new sedona. John was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and helped us make the best decision for us. He was honest about DVD players and made sure we understood the mechanics of the sedona. Even though it was very late on a Saturday evening he never tried to rush us or make us feel like he had other places to be. He offered us coffee and water and even fixed the coffee for us and remembered how we took it. I would recommend Kia and John to any of my friends and associates looking for a new vehicle. More

I was very pleasantly surprised with the dealership once I went into the showroom. It had a good feel mostly because of the greetings from all the staff and sales personnel. I was really impressed with a salesman, Mike Jones, who was eager enough to leave the gathering of sales personnel at the front entrance to the showroom and come out to greet me in the rear of the car lot. He immediately offered to show me any and all the different models of cars on the lot. We took demo rides in several models and the salesman's knowledge was excellent in all models and yet not pushy. He listened instead of trying to direct me or influence me in my decision. The negotiation process was straight forward and not intimidating. The Sales Manager, Dustin, Seagraves, went out of his way to make this deal come together quickly and respectfully. l felt as if he was working on my behalf as well as the dealerships during the purchasing process. Now after the deal was complete, we were introduced to Deysi Baca, the Customer Care Specialist. I have never experienced such an outstanding vehicle delivery. Deysi was so personable and pleasant, plus knew everything about Kia Optima Hybrid. I still dread the purchasing process of buying a new car, but I must say this was the most seamless buys I have ever had in my many purchases. Thanks Carriage Kia! More
