When you can drive off with a feeling of satisfaction and no regrets, the dealership is doing something right. I've brought the car in for routine servicing/oil changes several times and that experience has been terrific as well. My car is taken in right at my appointment time, the service is done in a fast, efficient manner, and the waiting area is so nice that sometimes I wish the servicing would take a little longer :). During one service appointment, months after purchase, Tyler (my sales rep) happened to walk through the service waiting area.
