I traded my 2005 Kia (suv) for a 2013 Kia (suv) i really like the new car that i traded for and the people there are really nice. I had went to them because my 2005 kept breaking down and i had talked to Co like the new car that i traded for and the people there are really nice. I had went to them because my 2005 kept breaking down and i had talked to Cody and Miles in the parts dept., they were very helpful and answered all my question about my old car. It was going to cost alot to fix my old car so i decided to trade for a new one. Michael Paglianti was my salesperson, He worked hard and got me a good deal on the new car. When i had a few question about other items for the car I talked to Sharon Seiter, which is the customer Relations manger, she was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She was nice and made sure all my needs were met. I will be using Carriage Kia in the furture and will tell family and friends how great they have been to me. Thank you Cindy More

The service department always send e-mail reminders around the time my vehicle needs servicing. That's always a plus especially in my busy schedule, because I sometimes forget. Great place to purchase a vehicle! I have never been to a dealership where I felt comfortable until now. Shane was very knowledgable about the Kia Soul I was interested in. I visited a KIA dealership closer to my home and I was treated just as I feared I would be, misled and pressured. So I then decided to try Carriage KIA. Right from the start it was a better experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We talked numbers, they answered my questions, and I never once felt pressured. In fact, I felt valued and respected for seriously considering my options on such a large purchase. Needless to say, I purchased my Forte that day. And honestly, the biggest selling factor for me was how they treated me. Before I left the dealership with my new car someone showed me all the features of my vehicle and helped me set up and sync my Bluetooth accessories. Then a day or two later someone followed up with a phone call to ensure all my questions were answered since I brought the car home. We have never had a problem setting up an appointment. Our last visit, I had a doctor's appointment and had scheduled my service visit after. As luck would have it, my doctor's appointment ran late and after talking with Cody in service, we were told to come on as soon as we were able. We arrived appx 20 minutes late and were treated graciously. Cody was very efficient and knowledgeable in getting our servicing done. The waiting area is very comfortable with numerous people asking if we needed anything while we waiting. We highly recommend Carriage Kia and their service. More
