Very Pleasant Experience On April 22nd having a few hours to spare I decided to stop in at Carriage Kia and begin the search for a new vehicle. While strolling through the lot On April 22nd having a few hours to spare I decided to stop in at Carriage Kia and begin the search for a new vehicle. While strolling through the lot I was approached by a Salesman by the name of Shane Perkins. Shane was so polite and did not seem pushy at all. He asked about my needs in a vehicle and if I saw anything on the lot that caught my eye. My response was that I was very interested in a new Soul but I was pressed for time and only had a few hours to spare. Shane responded by saying can we sit and get some information and will you allow me the pleasure of earning your business today, I feel as if we can get you that new Kia Soul that has caught your eye. Shane was so accomodating and really made me feel as if I was very welcome to be a guest at Carriage Kia. Needless to say that day I drove off in that new Kia that had caught my eye and even had half an hour to spare. The next day I met with my Delivery Specialist Hannah Bush. Hannah was just as pleasant to deal with as Shane was. She was so friendly and informative when explain to me all the features of my new Kia. She also escorted me to the service department and introduced me to the Service Manager. When she introduced us his response to me was "Welcome to the Carriage Kia family" all I could think was wow! Never have I felt so welcome and have been treated so well at any company, much less a car dealership. I will definitely do business with Carriage Kia again and would refer them to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle. More

This was my first Kia and had never driven one, we drove 3 or 4 different models before settling on the Sorento. Sales people were very patience and there was not a lot of pressure. I decide to drive the hour and half (past many closer dealerships) to make my purchase from Carriage. I was pleased that I did not receive the normal "run around" that normally accompanies the purchasing process. Kris was professional, and with the help of the dealership, delivered the car I was looking for. This experience has renewed my faith in car salesmen and dealerships. This honesty and integrity was a refreshing change to what I had experienced at other dealerships. More
Great experience I had to have a car that day I walked into Carriage Kia. My intention was to purchase a used car. It was a rainly miserable day and I was not a very happy camper. I had already been to several other places. I test drove a used car they had and Leonard could tell I was not very excited about it. He said how would you feel if I could put you in a new car for a payment close to the same as you would be paying for this used one? I laughed and said lets do it! And he did! I left with a beautiful new Kia Soul and a huge smile on my face! Thanks Carriage Kia and thank you Leonard and Raja! More
