Top Notch!!!! I absolutely LOVE this dealership! From the 1st time I talked to the Sales Rep, Tyler, I was hooked.. Once I met with him in person, I felt more confi I absolutely LOVE this dealership! From the 1st time I talked to the Sales Rep, Tyler, I was hooked.. Once I met with him in person, I felt more confident and at ease! Never felt like I was being oversold. I have been buying new cars and trucks for forty years. I have been lucky to have good dealership of different makes when buying or trading. However Carriage Kia has all of them beat hands down, no exceptions, no need to go anywhere else to buy a car. The service department especially CODY are the most knowledgeable service techs I have ever dealt with. Every time I get friendly service they know me when they see me. We have become more like a family, they do care about your problems, your concerns, they listen to you and will go everything possible to make sure you are treated in the way you want to be treated. Even if I did not own a Carriage car I would still take it there to be serviced. I have never been treated better than Carriage Kia. I have recommended others my nephew has bought two new Kia's in the past 1-1/2 from Carriage. Carriage is the BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE SOUTH. I absolutely LOVE Carriage dealership. I feel at ease and very confident in Cody and rest of the service department. All car dealership should take lessons from Carriage on customer service and sales. Purchased two Kia's from Carriage Kia I purchased my first Kia in 2007, a new Spectra. It has been the perfect automobile.l The only time it has been in the shop is for oil changes and t I purchased my first Kia in 2007, a new Spectra. It has been the perfect automobile.l The only time it has been in the shop is for oil changes and tires. My son is now driving it to and from college. I purchased my 2013 Kia Optima last year. It too has been an great automobile. I did have to have service when the computer board went out. However, Carriage Kia fixed it with their awesome service department. The only negative thing I have to say is I am leasing, with a $300 a month lease payment. They are now advertising a much lower lease offer. I love Kia Products and Carriage Kia. I am certain when it comes to purchasing/leasing another vehicle I will once again use Carriage Kia. More

Common Sense, Not So Common I bought my FWD car here. When I bought it I noticed it could use two new tires and that the other tires were still in good condition. Upon buying it I bought my FWD car here. When I bought it I noticed it could use two new tires and that the other tires were still in good condition. Upon buying it we came to an agreement about a new battery because the other one was corroded with acid and also that they would replace the slick tires. The first car also had a corroded battery that I tested out from here and then had my mechanic personally inspect it, and upon inspecting found it needed about 2 grand put into it for it to be worth the buy right then.They weren't hearing it claiming they only made a couple hundred dollars of each sale, L O L I almost laughed in their face on that one. So, we went on to test the one I ended up buying and I will admit its a good car my mechanic could find nothing wrong with it. Now I like cars and know a decent amount about cars but they are a dealership who sales cars, you would figure they would know the most...wrong. Upon replacing the tires they decided to put them on the back. Once again this is a front wheel drive car that should be pretty self explanatory that you want your most grip in the front, correct? Lets not forget the terrible wax job they did when I drove it home...could barely drive at night time the first night because they didn't remove the wax from the window or the entire car for the matter. Just goes to show they were to lazy to rotate the decent tires to the back before replacing them. However, very soon I will be back to have them finish the agreement simply because they agreed. After that I do not plan to have any work or future car sales with them because they simply don't seem to know what they are selling or talking about. More

Great Deal And a great bunch of people to work with. We are on our second Sorento. We were so pleased with the first one that we went back and traded it after And a great bunch of people to work with. We are on our second Sorento. We were so pleased with the first one that we went back and traded it after a couple of years. We really wanted leather seats but didn't need all the bells and whistles that usually come with those vehicles or the extra cost but our salesman made it happen. We love our Kia and proudly tell everyone we bought it at Carriage Kia. We encourage everyone we talk with about our car to go there if they want a good deal and want to be treated fairly. More

Excellent Service I took my 2013 Kia Soul in for an oil change and a filter change. I called earlier that day for my appointment. Everyone was very nice and took my car as soon as I arrived. Waiting area clean and friendly. When they were finished they had even vacuumed the inside of my car.
