Terrible Experience!! We drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle advertised online only to find that the online description was posted in error- it was for the loaded ver We drove an hour and a half to see a vehicle advertised online only to find that the online description was posted in error- it was for the loaded version of the vehicle and what was available was the base model! The salesperson located another vehicle in their inventory (while we waited at his desk for about 45 minutes) that had one of the features we wanted but he would have to add some of the others. The only problem...it was an older vehicle with about 20,000 more miles and we couldn't ever get him to even tell us the price! While we were waiting for him to return with the vehicle, we expected to have a manager come and talk to us and apologize for the inconvenience, but that NEVER happened. So disappointed after hearing all the positive advertisements on The Fish radio station!! More

Carriage Kia has great customer service. Carriage Kia has been great since I purchased my Sorento over 4 years ago.Cody in the service department is always so helpful and respectful.Sometimes Carriage Kia has been great since I purchased my Sorento over 4 years ago.Cody in the service department is always so helpful and respectful.Sometimes these days that is hard to find.The waiting area in the service department is always so clean and nice.Everyone in the service department goes out of their way to be nice and treat everyone with respect.I really appreciate having a great place to have my vehicle serviced.I always recommend Carriage Kia! Sensitive to my personal situation My battery was dying and I needed to get service the next day which was a Saturday, which obviously busy. When I called, the service manager was willi My battery was dying and I needed to get service the next day which was a Saturday, which obviously busy. When I called, the service manager was willing to make a place for me whenever I could it get up there from my Atlanta area home. They took care of the battery, inspected the car, and fit in several other things that needed to be done. They kept me informed and worked with me on the details. More

We utilize their service department for all of our car needs and they do a excellent job, going above and beyond what is expected, with complimentary car washes when we go in for a oil change. Last time they even vacuumed out the inside! Great service! More

Great customer service I have been very pleased with my overall experience at Carriage Kia. I purchased my Sorento there over 2 years ago and go in every few months for oil I have been very pleased with my overall experience at Carriage Kia. I purchased my Sorento there over 2 years ago and go in every few months for oil changes and just routine servicing. The service department has a very friendly staff that is always willing to help. I am always able to get same day appointments. Not to mention the nice facility with TV's to watch and free popcorn and water while you wait on your car. I would and have recommended Carriage Kia to my friends and family. More
