Best dealership ever! Best customer service ever! I first visited this dealership when I purchased my Kia Optima and then later traded for a Kia Sorento. This is hands down the best dealership I have ever done business with. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great experience in buying a car. Great Customer Service Again! Took my Sorento into the Service Dept. to have a stain removed that my car detailer could not remove. Carriage was able to get it out perfectly! Whe Took my Sorento into the Service Dept. to have a stain removed that my car detailer could not remove. Carriage was able to get it out perfectly! When last in the Service Dept. they had advised that I needed my tires rotated and it would cost $20. My husband decided not to pay to have it done as he could do it for free. He never did it so I asked Carriage to go ahead and do I would pay the $20 and have it done. When I went to check out, they had given the tire rotation to me for free. I was surprised. They are always so nice and friendly and want to make your experience a great one! It is a drive from Snellville to Gainesville but this dealership is worth it, including the Service Department. So far I have only been pleased at each visit. More

Each employee my husband and I encountered was courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured or like we had to haggle regarding price. We had such a positive experience with the first vehicle we purchased from Carriage that when we were in the market for another vehicle we went back to Carriage. I didn't think our first experience with Carriage could be surpassed, but our second car purchase exceeded our expectations. Car buying should be this way!
