False advertising/ no help Found a vehicle online. Went to the dealership and was given the 3rd degree before we saw ANY vehicles. Finally, when we viewed this vehicle, many f Found a vehicle online. Went to the dealership and was given the 3rd degree before we saw ANY vehicles. Finally, when we viewed this vehicle, many fees were added on to the final price. We asked the salesman and finance manager to help negotiate and reach a deal. They refused to give any suggestions or help us as they both originally promised. BEWARE OF THEIR LIES AND LACK OF ASSISTANCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!! More

awesome service.great vehicles. my wife's warranty was up Kia engineers done a recall on this vehicle.of a possible internal problem inside the engine I took the optima to carriage K my wife's warranty was up Kia engineers done a recall on this vehicle.of a possible internal problem inside the engine I took the optima to carriage Kia in Gainesville they ran a scope camera thru the engine while scoping engineers from west point Kia factory there were no problems found.kia have the optima motor only .an extended warranty until the year 2028 unlimited miles now that's service above all other motor vehicle makers .thank God and thanks Kia for your great service .
