This dealership ran my credit and put me in a 4. 9 % intetest rate even though my bank qualified me at 2.35%. Then got in an accident with my car while delivering it to me. The car was exchanged for 9 % intetest rate even though my bank qualified me at 2.35%. Then got in an accident with my car while delivering it to me. The car was exchanged for a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder that was supposed to be a certified automobile that was detailed however, the interior still reeks of cigarette smoke one month later. This dealership begining with the general manager, all the way down to the salesmen are downright dishonest. Based on what I went through my advice to prospective purchasers is do not do business with this dealer especially if you are a person of color. You will regret it. We agreed on the price of the EV 6 and the trade value of my car. When doing the paperwork I noticed that the trade in value had been reduced several thousands of $.when I complained the Mgr said the quoted my car. When doing the paperwork I noticed that the trade in value had been reduced several thousands of $.when I complained the Mgr said the quoted value of my trade included the sales tax savings. I angrily said I have bought many cars and have nev heard any thing so ridiculous I was going to walk out but the mgr offered to raise my trade in $2000. That was still less than the value he previously stated. I wanted the Ev6 so I accepted his compromise. The salesman was excellent as was Ramon who handled the paper work was too.
