I was not impressed at all with the service department I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. I will most likely look for another dealer for service in the future. I bought a 2020 Sorento from Carriage Kia on 5-27. Love the car. Eric Caudillo was our sales rep. Never met a person that was more helpful. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told service would be approximately an hour. I was there 2.5 hours. My afternoon was completely ruined and i had to cancel a 3pm appointment set fir the s service would be approximately an hour. I was there 2.5 hours.
