She was the most professional, sweetest, kindest, most helpful Sales Associate I have ever dealt with in buying a car !!! She answered all my questions as well as went the extra mile and patiently took the time to show me how to set up the infotainment system on this car which I had never done before. ( I'm not a high tech guy ).Lol Jacky explained everything in detail so I had a complete understanding, and Jacky also said that if I had any questions that came up at a later time, that I could call her or come in and she would be more than happy to help me. When I decided to purchase a car I was desperately hoping I would find that special Sales Associate who I could keep as my (go to) Sales Associate. I would never do business with Jim Shorkey Kia again! Their service department’s communication with customers is poor at best. I brought my 2013 Kia Soul because of noise in the engine. The service ad Their service department’s communication with customers is poor at best. I brought my 2013 Kia Soul because of noise in the engine. The service advisor told me that this was a “known” issue with the Kia engines and we needed to wait for the engine noise to get worse or the engine to stop all together and that all repairs would be cover under a warranty because of the known issue. Two months later the engine stopped, of course I was then told that my engine was not the same as the one on the recall and I would have to pay for the repairs myself. Working with Kia customer care we came up with an agreement to split the cost, still terrible service since Kia and Jim Shorkey Kia would not stand behind what their employees stated to a customer. I even tried calling the Executive Manager, left him a detailed voicemail and he never bothered to return my call. When repairs started I kept asking to see how long it would take and if I could get an ETA on when the repairs would be completed. My emails and text were never answered. You definitely cannot trust that Jim Shorkey will stand behind their products or their employees. This has been a terrible customer service experience and I will never be doing business with them again. More

This dealership ran my credit and put me in a 4. 9 % intetest rate even though my bank qualified me at 2.35%. Then got in an accident with my car while delivering it to me. The car was exchanged for 9 % intetest rate even though my bank qualified me at 2.35%. Then got in an accident with my car while delivering it to me. The car was exchanged for a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder that was supposed to be a certified automobile that was detailed however, the interior still reeks of cigarette smoke one month later. This dealership begining with the general manager, all the way down to the salesmen are downright dishonest. Based on what I went through my advice to prospective purchasers is do not do business with this dealer especially if you are a person of color. You will regret it.
