i live in athens and the KIA dealer would not come down off the sticker price and was very pushy. AthenS kIA Made me sign a paper stating I would buy a car "today" if the price was right. I was very frustrated that they could not work with my monthly car payment budget. When i received a call from carriage, Tim Ingle and Brian were more than willing to try and accomodate my needs. Brian and Tim Ingle were very helpful and encouraged me to ride up to gainesville to look at the inventory they had. the sticker price was almost $4000 more in athens for the same vehicle and options. I was also pressed for time and I was in and out of the store with a new car within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend your dealership to others. Diane Capobianco More

Ryan is doing his best to resolve a duficult situation that reflects more on Kia's quality, but I won't hold it against the dealer. $1000 to repair an airbag (which is a saftey issue) and $300 to repair v that reflects more on Kia's quality, but I won't hold it against the dealer. $1000 to repair an airbag (which is a saftey issue) and $300 to repair visors which were obviously defective. There was an error with the math concerning the purchase price at the original time of sale. Once the Sales Mgr Brian was made aware he did a good job of communicating with us and the dealer is working on r price at the original time of sale. The Service Dept has always been top notch (we traded in another Kia) and the dealer has a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I called (and talked to Bryan)and explained what I was looking for and in what price range I wanted it to be. When I got there I was greeted by Bryan. Between Bryan and Dustin I looked at and test drove s looking for and in what price range I wanted it to be. When I got there I was greeted by Bryan. Or going to check to see if they had another car with whatever I was asking about. My wait was relatively short, and service was excellent.
