Not to much I can really say about My New Car, only had it for 5 days. As far as the Sales Men they were very Nice, worked very hard to make me happy!! I only went into the dealership to see the Kia Soul and compare the size with my current car (Mini Cooper). At the end of my visit, I was driving out in a brand new Kia Soul. They offered me top price fo compare the size with my current car (Mini Cooper). At the end of my visit, I was driving out in a brand new Kia Soul. They offered me top price for my trade-in and were very efficient in every way. I am very happy with my purchace. So from the salesman to the financial people to the woman who explained all the features of the car, I was given excellent service. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and so many people have commented on my new car. More
This was a completely painless transaction. No back and forth, no suspicions were raised at all. The sales person, understood our financial objectives, and did his best to meet those. We even re-signed a second set of papers, because they found a way to trim a few extra dollars off the final monthly payment. That was a nice surprise. I appreciate their time to thoroughly explain the difference between "Gap" insurance from my (or most) Insurance companies, versus the one offered by the Dealership. The most important difference being the dealership Gap plan covered the ENTIRE financed amount. Whereas, normally the taxes, fees, and any trade-in rollover debt are not included in standard gap plans. That could leave someone holding the bag for several thousand dollars of debt to still be paid off. The extra price of the plan is very inexpensive, and well worth it. We selected Carriage Kia because they had a much better selection than another Kia dealer we had looked at, and because of their advertising on the Christian radio station. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered the opportunity to drive the test vehicle to my house to make sure that I liked it! We really appreciated also the young lady who showed us how everything worked on the vehicle and also set up our Bluetooth for us. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at this dealership and would recommend it to others. I cannot yet comment on their quality of work because we have not been in for service as of this date. More

I went in looking at a used car to replace my commuter. After viewing the ones on my list, I talked to the finance manager who suggested the Kia Forte as it was in the same price range I was looking at. After looking the car over and driving it, it was the one I settled on since it would have a warranty the used cars didn't, I was able to get a better interest rate on a new car vs. a used. and gas mileage was very good (averaging 30mpg mix hwy/city so far). The sales staff was great and made sure that everything I wanted in the car was included. The finance staff helped me work through a couple of issues with the finance company due to my changing jobs and my experience with the service department today to cover a "we owe" from them was awesome. I definitely recommend Carriage Kia and especially "Jr." as a saleperson. More

I was very frustrated that they could not work with my monthly car payment budget. When i received a call from carriage, Tim Ingle and Brian were more than willing to try and accomodate my needs. Brian and Tim Ingle were very helpful and encouraged me to ride up to gainesville to look at the inventory they had. the sticker price was almost $4000 more in athens for the same vehicle and options. I was also pressed for time and I was in and out of the store with a new car within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend your dealership to others. Diane Capobianco More
