I have bought several new vehicles in the past & have to say that Carriage Kia of Gainesville Ga. has been my best car buying experience yet.The salesman was very helpful & willing to answer all of our ques say that Carriage Kia of Gainesville Ga. has been my best car buying experience yet.The salesman was very helpful & willing to answer all of our questions concerning our purchase.The sales manager, assistant manager & manager of the dealership were also very informative about questions we had concerning this purchase.Everyone at the dealership was friendly & willing to help us & answer our questions & concerns.We got straight answers to our concerns & not a bunch of bull like you sometimes get from car dealerships.The dealerships facility is set up nicely & in a good location.We just love our new Borrego & enjoy driving it.The Borrego is the most FUN vehicle to drive you just hate to park it.I hope that Kia will continue to make the Borrego in 2011 because it is the **perfect fun** family vehicle. The Car was for my daughter and we had started a deal with the KIA in Buford. After several attempts they to do honest business with them, they had worked the price up and the quality of the car down to with the KIA in Buford. As we walked to our car we noticed the Gainesville Carriage KIA sign/billboard just at the end of their lot. I told my daughter to visit Carriage since I work in Gainesville and it was closer for me to go there, she did. She had worked for Toyota Mall of Georgia for two year and I have been in the sales and customer service business for over thirty years we feel sure we can tell GOOD xx from GOOD BUSINESS. Cody and Tim do GOOD BUSINESS. They where very honest (which is critical to me), up front, very helpful in every aspect of the process. My daughter needed me to co-sign on her purchase and she had done a great deal of homework before hand, had the car she wanted in mind, the ammount of money she could afford, educated on the value and these guy's made it happen. She and I drove away (her in the new car) with the confedence in knowing that value, experience, customer service and honesty resides at Carriage KIA. After the paper work was signed, the deal was done and Tim tossed the keys to an associate and asked him to polish it up and fill it up with gas before this young lady takes her new car home. At that point, I have never been more pleased with a car purchase in all my years and past purchases. I would recomend Carriage Kia to anyone even thinking about looking to purchase an automoble. At Carriage KIA, my husband and I were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome by our sales rep. Tony Valdez. On that day, which was a Sunday, we did NOT expect to purchase a car. We only decided that morning to look at vehicles. Carriage KIA was the first and ONLY place we went. At first we were "miles apart" on purchasing the Sorento that I really wanted, but Tony continued working with us to make our deal/dream come true. He never became frustrated nor pushy with us, but he was professional and kind toward us. That day, we walked away with a NEW KIA Sorento. One I didn't think we could afford and much better than I thought I could get. Thanks to the staff, financial team, and Tony for a great Sunday afternoon who made it possible! More
