My mom was looking for a new car, so I took her to a couple of dealerships around Gainesville. She wasn't very impressed with the cars she was driving and the salesman was very pushy. Chuck greeted us and made us feel at ease. She wanted to drive a new Sorento and the moment we drove off the lot she knew that was the car for her! We had been out looking at cars all morning and we needed to get some lunch. Chuck let us drive a new Sorento to get something to eat. That's when I got to drive it. I really liked everything about the Sorento, but I was not looking to get a new car. When we returned from lunch, I asked Chuck if he could give me a quote on a new Sorento. He came back with the numbers and I was in shock!! I decided to trade in my car that day. Also, I wanted a particular interior color that they did not have on the lot. Chuck and the staff at Carriage KIA found the car that I wanted and had it there the next day! I have never had that kind of experience buying a car. It really was stress free. I loved the fact that they show you how everything works in the car before you drive off. I would highly recommend Chuck and Carriage KIA !!!! More

First of all, Carriage Kia was wonderful to work with. They were friendly, informative and helpful. They answered all questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy, which is such a turn-off.
