Was very skeptical when I first came to Carriage, normally don't trust car dealers. Sorry! But Tim Ingle, the sales rep. that helped us was very honest in answering all our questions. Did not try to pressure me into buying, if he had I would have walked. I had heard about the recall due to electrical problems, so he checked the vehicle I was looking at to see if it was in the recall. After I purchased the vehicle I caused the hatch to door to lock and could not get it closed. Because I could not understand how to get the lock to release, the service dept. sent someone to our house to show me what I was doing to cause it to lock. We live 40 miles away, who else would have done this? Thank You Carriage Kia! More

My husband and I had been treated very badly at another dealership. We arrived at Carriage, Tim (Jr.) greeted us and it went from there. He was a very friendly and personable guy. My wife and I had decided to buy a bigger car (currently owned a Kia Soul) and were driving by dealerships on Sunday afternoon to just look at the cars on the lot. We visited Mall of GA Kia and then Carria owned a Kia Soul) and were driving by dealerships on Sunday afternoon to just look at the cars on the lot. We visited Mall of GA Kia and then Carriage. My wife had a specific color and options in mind and Carriage happened to have one that fit perfectly. Surprisingly they were open on Sunday and Tim was the only sales person in at the time. This was my second great experience with Carriage. We had perchased our Soul from Tony Valdeze who was great as well. Tim answered all questions fully and was able to make sure we weren't sitting there all day trying to make a deal on a car. He involved the credit manager (Brian ?) early and the sale went through without any issues. I would definitely recommend Carriage Kia to friends and family as well as Tim or Tony and have been very happy with the value and quality of the cars. Gary Sanders More

I knew what I needed to know about Kia when I went in to look at them. I have been looking at Kia since seeing it on the TV ad for sportage. I had never had any experience with Kia vehicles. I was really not looking for a new car, but could not get the Soul out of my head. While driving in the area, I decided to stop in at Carriage Kia to look really not looking for a new car, but could not get the Soul out of my head. While driving in the area, I decided to stop in at Carriage Kia to look at the Soul in person. While looking at the one on the showroom floor, Tony Valdez asked if I had any questions about the car. I asked him why I should buy a Kia. He promptly listed many impressive reasons and he answered all of the questions I had. I went back later with my husband and took a test drive. I fell in love with the Soul. They gave us a reasonable price for our trade. When we picked up out new car, a very nice young lady explained all of the features on the car and how everything worked. She even took the time to sync my phone to the wireless bluetooth device. She took us to the service dept. and introduced us to the service manager, then we went to the parts dept. and did introductions there. When we got back outside Tony brought out a screwdriver and took the tags off of our trade in and helped us clean it out. Above and beyond the call of duty. That is the first time we have ever had a salesman help us like that. More
It was the easiest car purchasing experience. Everybody was kind, knowlegeable and helpful. I was very impressed with the Finance person. He was clear, to the point, no games. I loved it. We went by the dealership and told the staff all we wanted to do was drive the car to get our gift card. They were very happy to let us drive it and did not put any pressure on us to buy at that time. We remembered our positive experience so we went back when we were ready to buy and had the same experience. Everyone was friendly and we didn't feel any pressure. More

Chuck greeted us and made us feel at ease. She wanted to drive a new Sorento and the moment we drove off the lot she knew that was the car for her! We had been out looking at cars all morning and we needed to get some lunch. Chuck let us drive a new Sorento to get something to eat. That's when I got to drive it. I really liked everything about the Sorento, but I was not looking to get a new car. When we returned from lunch, I asked Chuck if he could give me a quote on a new Sorento. He came back with the numbers and I was in shock!! I decided to trade in my car that day. Also, I wanted a particular interior color that they did not have on the lot. Chuck and the staff at Carriage KIA found the car that I wanted and had it there the next day! I have never had that kind of experience buying a car. It really was stress free. I loved the fact that they show you how everything works in the car before you drive off. I would highly recommend Chuck and Carriage KIA !!!! More
