My overall experience was great. However, There was one flaw within the appraisal of my trade in that was at the fault of the dealership and their appraiser. I felt the dealership should have honored their flaw within the appraisal of my trade in that was at the fault of the dealership and their appraiser. I felt the dealership should have honored their quote since the difference was due to negligence on their part. However, even with that issue the sales rep.(Chuck) as well as the dealer manager did go above and beyond to try to make it right. If it had not been for their courtesy, kindness and friendliness we would have not purchased the vehicle and we would have left the dealership without completing the deal. More

Cody worked with me a month in advance to test drive a car knowing I could not purchase until later. Once I was ready he also helped me look at another option which was in my price range...which I did pu car knowing I could not purchase until later.
