The reason I rated the dealership with all high markings is because when we drove up the saleman came to see if he could assist us. He was very knowledgable about the Soul. I was just looking and really did not think I was going to purchase at this time. I have a VW and my husband was going to go and look at VW's when I suggested to look at the Soul. I had been to other dealers looking at used and new SUV's. On a recommendation from an older couple at church I went to look at the Sorento, was pleased with the seat height and comfort, the head room inside, as I am tall, the roominess and easy to put the second seat down for packing, the hands free blue tooth for the cell phone when driving and on and on. I never went back to the other dealers once I saw the Sorento. The young lady who explained everything to me when i came to pick up the SUV was also very patient explaining how everything worked.
