I was very pleased with our salesman at Carriage Kia! His name is Chuck Mjolsness and he did a wonderful job! He was not pushy and went out of his way to do anything he could for us. I have never had an easier experience buying a car than I had with Carriage Kia. After I decided on buying a Kia Sorento,I contacted several dealerships in my area but liked the friendliness of Greg Simpson. had with Carriage Kia. I also knew from my research the price I was willing to pay. Greg had the car that met all of my expectations. We were able to negotiate everything by phone. Laura Mjolness handled the actual purchase. What a professional she is. All of the paper work was ready when I walked into the dealership. After this was completed, Briana went over what I needed to know about the car. In less than an hour, I was driving off in my new Kia. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
I first went to the Kia dealership in Augusta Ga where I live to purchase the car I wanted and I wanted the Copperhead Metallic Kia Forte Koup. The dealership in Augusta did not have it, but found two in th live to purchase the car I wanted and I wanted the Copperhead Metallic Kia Forte Koup. I was told they could get it for me and what I would pay and the amount they would give me for my 2002 Jeep Wrangler, both amounts were unacceptable. You see my Daughter and I had went on USAA website to see what I should pay since I am a member. The Kia dealership did not want to honor the USAA price since the car was not on their lot. I was told where the car was at and so while I was at the dealership in Augusta I called my Daughter and told her what was going on and the amounts for the Kia and my Jeep as a trade in and that was when she found the phone number for Carriage Kia and called and I could get the Kia at a much better price and a much better trade in amount for my Jeep through Carriage. My Daughter and Son in-law drove my Jeep to Carriage Kia on a saturday since I had to work and did everything for me with my approval. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Then on Wednesday December 8th 2010 I drove my New Copperhead Kia Forte Koup to Carriage Kia to give them the title to my Jeep and to meet everyone and go over the features of my car. I met Rusty, Tony, Steffanie and Tim. I look forword to seeing everyone again. I want to thank everyone for their help in making this possible. Outstanding...I will not go back to the service department on Pleasant Hill Road...They held my car for the same amount of time approx. 2 hrs. (RE: check engine light '11 Sorento SX less 3k miles) department on Pleasant Hill Road...They held my car for the same amount of time approx. 2 hrs. (RE: check engine light '11 Sorento SX less 3k miles) gave me my car back and simply said if the light comes on again, call them. Did not advise me about a recall for the vehicle. Satisfied with Gainsville Carriage kia service. 6 - Outstanding - Service area is clean, appearance is consistent with the purchase of a $30k car. I is not very pleasing for a customer to spend a lot of money for a vehicle and the service department mirrors a junk yard. More
Our experience at Carriage Kia was excellent!! I wasn't even in the market to buy a new car when I went to look at the new Sportages. I met Dustin and from there he showed me the new Sorento and the incen even in the market to buy a new car when I went to look at the new Sportages. I met Dustin and from there he showed me the new Sorento and the incentives they were giving. From there took it on a test drive and after my wife saw and drove it, we were SOLD. We love our new Sorento. Thanks to the staff at Carriage Kia for a great experience. More

We were treated fairly and honestly, with out the usual "game playing" that sometimes goes on when buying a car. Kevin took his time and made sure he answered all our questions. He knew the product well and never tried to "over sell" the car. I,m sorry that I can't remember the lady's name that showed us how everything worked in the car, but she was thorough and knowledgeable and we never felt rushed, even though it was quite late when we left. The whole experience was better than I could have hoped for. It's the first time I can actually say that I enjoyed buying a car. I have already recommended Carriage Kia to friends at work, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to put it all in writing. They have earned their customer service awards. More
I thought that Carriage Kia was friendly and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted;so much that I went there to look for a car for myself and while looking , my wife found a car that fit her personalit me to get the vehicle I wanted;so much that I went there to look for a car for myself and while looking , my wife found a car that fit her personality and need for dependable transportation. So we ended up purchasing two vehicles. She got the Kia Soul, black with red and black interior. I got the Kia Forte Koup with black interior.We have had them now for about three months and enjoy them now as much as we did the day we got them. They both are great on gas milage and the warranty and customer service is amazing.I highly recommend Carriage Kia in Gainesville Ga. for the purchase of a vehicle. Thank You, Michael Callahan More
