When we shop for a new car, we like to look on the car lot by ourself. We we able to do it for awhile. Then when we went inside the building, Laura came to us to assist. She was very helpful. She had a lot of knowledge about the car. She was friendly and professional about the deal. We arrived about 6:00pm and we were heading home about 8:30pm. I say the price was ok due to the fact we were negotiating online before we went to the dealer. They gave a dicount off the car and reduced the price with rebates assuming that you qualify. We did not qualify for 500.00 of the rebate once we got there. The price went up 500.00. I did not like that. I asked if they could add that amount with the discount that they were giving me. They would not do so. However we are happy with the USA car and the dealership. Mike helped show us everything about the car before we left the dealer. He even set up my bluetooth. Thanks Mike. My wife was calling around and quoting prices after having test driven a Kia Soul - Tiger edition at another dealership. Carriage Kia was one of the first she called since it was the next closest deale having test driven a Kia Soul - Tiger edition at another dealership. Carriage Kia was one of the first she called since it was the next closest dealer to home. She was very pleasantly surprised by Carriage Kia. This dealership rolled out the red carpet. My wife even got a call from the owner inviting her to come visit the lot. On top of that, Robert (Sales) even offered to let her keep the vehicle she was interested in overnight and came and picked her up to bring her to the dealership! We ended up purchasing the vehicle that same evening and my wife and I found everyone to be professional, courteous, knowledgable, and polite. Bottom line - when I shop for another vehicle in a few months, I will definitely be going to Carriage first. The combination of price and staff is what will bring me back to them. David Krader More
