When we shop for a new car, we like to look on the car lot by ourself. We we able to do it for awhile. Then when we went inside the building, Laura came to us to assist. She was very helpful. She had a lot of knowledge about the car. She was friendly and professional about the deal. We arrived about 6:00pm and we were heading home about 8:30pm. I say the price was ok due to the fact we were negotiating online before we went to the dealer. They gave a dicount off the car and reduced the price with rebates assuming that you qualify. We did not qualify for 500.00 of the rebate once we got there. The price went up 500.00. I did not like that. I asked if they could add that amount with the discount that they were giving me. They would not do so. However we are happy with the USA car and the dealership. Mike helped show us everything about the car before we left the dealer. He even set up my bluetooth. Thanks Mike. He know alot about the cars and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the dealership. More
My wife was calling around and quoting prices after having test driven a Kia Soul - Tiger edition at another dealership. Carriage Kia was one of the first she called since it was the next closest deale having test driven a Kia Soul - Tiger edition at another dealership. Carriage Kia was one of the first she called since it was the next closest dealer to home. She was very pleasantly surprised by Carriage Kia. This dealership rolled out the red carpet. My wife even got a call from the owner inviting her to come visit the lot. On top of that, Robert (Sales) even offered to let her keep the vehicle she was interested in overnight and came and picked her up to bring her to the dealership! We ended up purchasing the vehicle that same evening and my wife and I found everyone to be professional, courteous, knowledgable, and polite. Bottom line - when I shop for another vehicle in a few months, I will definitely be going to Carriage first. The combination of price and staff is what will bring me back to them. David Krader More

Robert was amazing. He called me back within 10 minutes from the time I asked for a quote on a Kia Soul He rolled out the red carpet for me. Wow! I had a great experience buying my Kia Soul. I found Stephanie to be helpful and willing to spend as much time answering all my questions. I had several other Kia dealerships that pestered me daily. Even after I had the car for several weeks and had to come back with a couple of questions I was still given Tims Rutherford's full attention. I went to Carriage Kia after visiting a competitor Kia. The staff was much friendlier & seemed to be much more customer-oriented. The car itself is a gem. The warranty is exceptional. And Carriage Kia gives free maintenance for the 1st year. You just can't beat that. More

After being upset after a visit to Headquarters Kia in Chamblee, I got home contacted Carriage Kia and with Kevin Nottingham, Mr. Nottingham set up an appointment with me on saturday morning and when I go Chamblee, I got home contacted Carriage Kia and with Kevin Nottingham, Mr. Nottingham set up an appointment with me on saturday morning and when I got there Mr. Nottingham put me at ease and told me me that he had numerous connections with local banks and felt that he could find me a bank to finance my car that i was purchasing and when Mr. Nottingham brought the car around for me to test drive, he informed me of the car safety that comes with the car and that the car gets good gas mileage and told me about the shifter for for going down hill roads and told me about the 90 day free satelite radio, after the test drive we went back in and Mr. Nottingham ask me few more questions and what bank that i did my checking with and within 45 minutes he was back with the paper work for to sign to take possession with my new kia. I can tell you I have bought numerous vehicles in my lifetime but this was the first time i felt comfortable with my salesman, he did not come to with a take it leave it proposition which to me is a real turnoff nor did he come to me and say he couldn't find a bank that would finance me. I was amazed at how easy it was to walk in sat down and with two hours i was walking out of the dealership and leaving in my new car. Mr Nottingham introduce me to Tiffany who showed how to use the no hands feature for incoming or outgoing cell phone calls and how to use the function on the steering wheel which is great when incoming come the radio goes off and i answer a microphone above my as driver i can talk and listen through the radio speaker which is great for when you are driving. And I have been introduce to Diane Adams who has made contact with me with several times by phone and by e-mail thanking me for the purchase of the Kia and feel that the overall dealership breathes a level of confidence and knowledge that you as customer can see and feel at ease sort like being around kin folk type of easiness and that enviroment seems to insure customer return and stay in contact with the dealership which I think when you do that eventually you will be on a first name basis with the employs. And I look forward to continued utilization of the dealership's service department and if it is anything like the salesman and support staff i will be very pleased. As a whole i would rate my experience with Carriage a 10 for there salesmanship, their product knowledge, their knowledge of the financing company's and there administrative support staff are very knowledgeable and helpful which I was very pleased with, and their use of communications is second to no one. As you can see I am very happy with my new Kia and can't give enough adjectives to carriage Kia for handling of customers. Raymond Ellison More
My salesman, Dustin was really great about guiding me thru the new car buying experience. If I were to purchase another car I would ask for Dustin. The paperwork trail could be improved. After signing most of the papers, then they ask about other items that you can purchase, like gap insurance, etc. They had to reprint the things that I decided to buy. Why? Its a waste of paper. And by going back in to reprint, it dragged out my stay in the dealership. What should happen is that all is discussed upfront. I feel sure that the salesperson could have gotten with another customer quicker. Dustin was great. The dealership was very clean. The girl at the reception desk was very friendly. The sales manager not so much. More
This dealer actually asked me "What can I do to make you happy?". And I wasn't unhappy! They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with not only the experience but the vehicle I chose. They did not treat me any different than the girl next to me that was buying a $30,000 car when mine was $13,000. I will be back to this dealer for any future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated extremely well and get a great deal on a fantastic vehicle! More
